Returns and Refunds



Once an order has been placed on our website, we are not able to cancel the order. Instead, please follow our returns and refunds policy below.


At Shearer Candles, our goal is to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. That is why, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase. You must return the goods in the condition that you received them. We shall not accept used products or those sent in an unsuitable condition.

The cost of postage for returning your purchase will be at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty. You will need to provide proof of postage and include a Returns Sales Order number in the package, provided by our sales team.

To arrange a free return for faulty goods, please email to obtain a Return Sales Order number and the reason for return. We will send you a free returns label with the option to arrange a free collection.

Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed. Depending on your reason for returning you will not be refunded any original delivery charges.

If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, please contact us by email at before arranging the return. We will refund you the purchase price and the delivery charge once we receive the goods and we have checked the products.

When returning items we recommended you obtain proof of posting, you may be required to provide this to us at a later date.
