Our response to COVID-19

By way of response to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the uncertainty we all currently face, we wanted to contact our customers to share our plans moving forward.

The safety of our customers and staff is, as ever, our number one priority. Like many other businesses, we are closely following advice and the instruction from the Government and health professionals on the developing situation to ensure we are responding as a business in the appropriate way.

Our shops and factory are open and we continue to manufacture. We have implemented further cleaning measures and hygiene guidelines to our staff/ contractors and visitors to ensure they are kept as safe as possible.

If you're at home, you can shop online at our website and opt for home delivery; we're still dispatching and will continue to do so. Should we face any business issues we will keep you updated.

Where possible, our office staff are now working from home; we're pleased to let you know that we're still designing new products and planning great launches and promotions for the year ahead.


But that's enough about us.


We really wanted to send a message of support and love to all of our loyal customers across the country. We all face unusual circumstances ahead, and together we will get through this.

We're making it our mission to serve you up some love and light over the coming weeks; tips for managing stress, working from home and making your home feel like your sanctuary rather than your prison. Of course, there'll be lots of candle tips in there too! We’ll be here for you, so keep in touch.
