Placing an order

Is it safe to order online?

All orders can be processed online in a secure environment. We use Braintree and Paypal as our payment provider. 

What is the order process?

Select your items and add them to your shopping basket

Proceed to the check out page

Fill in your address details and select your delivery option

Confirm your details and make a payment 

A confirmation email will be sent to you including a order reference number

What are your payment methods?

We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo. Payment can be taken in British Pounds, Euros or Dollars. For additional payment options for trade sales, please contact +44 (0) 141 445 1066.

Can I track the status of my order?

If you are a registered user on our website, you can check the status of your order via the "My Account" section once you have logged into your account. Please note, customers who have not registered on our site will not be able to use this facility. If you'd like to register, please fill in the registration form.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us immediately. If the order has already been despatched you will be responsible for returning the goods in the condition they were originally sent and paying for the delivery charges.

What are your delivery options?

We deliver worldwide. Standard deliveries in UK are made between 3-5 working days*, between 9am-5pm. If you provide us with your mobile number in your order details, our courier service will text you to advise you between which hour they will be delivering your parcel. If the time is unsuitable then you can text back requesting another delivery date. There is a next day delivery option for UK addresses if orders are placed before 11am (doesn't apply to Islands offshore or Scottish Highlands). Orders placed after 11am can still use the next day delivery option where goods will be delivered a day after. International deliveries will be despatched between 2-3 working days*.

Parcels bound for Islands offshore (excl Channel Islands) or Scottish Highlands will be sent by Royal Mail. These deliveries will be made between 3-5 working days and will not require a signature.  A card will be left if you are not in directing you to reschedule a delivery or pick up from your local collection point.

*A signature is required on receipt of delivery. Working days include Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays in UK.
