Placing an order

Is it safe to order online?

All orders can be processed online in a secure environment. We use Braintree and Paypal as our payment provider. 

What is the order process?

Select your items and add them to your shopping basket

Proceed to the check out page

Fill in your address details and select your delivery option

Confirm your details and make a payment 

A confirmation email will be sent to you including a order reference number

What are your payment methods?

We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo. Payment can be taken in British Pounds, Euros or Dollars. For additional payment options for trade sales, please contact +44 (0) 141 445 1066.

Can I track the status of my order?

If you are a registered user on our website, you can check the status of your order via the "My Account" section once you have logged into your account. Please note, customers who have not registered on our site will not be able to use this facility. If you'd like to register, please fill in the registration form.

Can I cancel my order?

We are currently unable to cancel orders once they have been placed online. If you no longer want the item/s you have ordered, please follow our returns and refund policy. Click here for more information.

What are your delivery options?

STANDARD DELIVERY: 3-5 working days

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Is currently suspended until further notice.

* This information refers to all UK Mainland and Island deliveries.
Delivery will be contactless: Royal Mail & Parcelforce will not be handling over their hand held devices for you to sign. Instead they will be recording the full name of the recipient where a signature is required.
Please also be aware that international deliveries are subject to delay and international shipping charges have increased due to Covid-19 & Brexit.

Please note: once an order has been placed on our website, we are not able to cancel it. Please refer to our returns and refund policy for more information.



We deliver worldwide. Standard deliveries in UK are made between 3-5 working days*, between 9am-5pm. There is an express delivery option for UK addresses if orders are placed before 11am (excluding Islands offshore or Scottish Highlands). Express delivery orders should arrive within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 11am can still use the express delivery option but goods will be subject to a days delay.** International deliveries will be despatched between 3-5 working days*.

Parcels bound for Islands offshore (excl Channel Islands) or Scottish Highlands will be sent by Royal Mail. These deliveries will be made between 3-5 working days and will not require a signature.  A card will be left if you are not in directing you to reschedule a delivery or pick up from your local collection point.

If you select the click and collect option, your order will be ready to collect within 2 working days. We will be in touch to let you know when your order is ready to collect.

*A signature is required on receipt of delivery. Working days include Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays in UK.
