An update for our trade customers

To our trade customers,

 

By way of response to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the uncertainty we all currently face, we wanted to contact our loyal customers to share our plans moving forward.

 

The safety of our customers and staff is, as ever, our number one priority. Like many other businesses, we are closely following advice and the instruction from the Government and health professionals on the developing situation to ensure we are responding as a business in the appropriate way.

 

Our shops and factory are open and we continue to manufacture. We have implemented further cleaning measures and hygiene guidelines to our staff, contractors, customers and visitors to ensure they are kept as safe as possible.

 

We understand that retail footfall and trade is heavily affected right now. We are experiencing this in our own stores and understand what you are going through.
