Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your goods to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We must receive the goods in perfect condition with the original packaging. We will not accept refunds if the products have been used or have been sent in an unsuitable condition.

You will be responsible for returning and paying for the delivery of your returned goods. When items are returned you will be issued a refund for the products but not for the original delivery charges.

To refund, simply send us an email websiteorders@shearer-candles.com or call us on +44 (0)141 445 1066, stating your order reference number, your name, the items you would like to return and the reason for refund. On approval, you are then responsible for sending back the goods clearly stating your order reference number and name. Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed.

When returning items you are recommended to keep a proof of posting. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
